Definitely a unique way to experience the cultures of amazing Thailand, through incredible food, small trinkets and souvenirs, and even live shows to enjoy as you float by.

You could easily use up a whole day in this awesome museum, and being so inexpensive means that it’s a day well spent, time-wise and money-wise. 4. Wat Phra Khao Yai (Big Buddha Hill)

Built back when Pattaya was just a humble fishing village, the 18 metre Buddha on the hill is hard to miss, even through the trees. Attracting tourists and Buddhists alike, people come from all over to marvel the Buddha’s intricate designs. The sight to see is easily accessible through public transportation for a good price, and although entry to the temple is free, you’ll be blessed by a monk for making a small donation either at the bottom of the ornate steps or next to the huge smiling Buddha himself.

It’s also a major scientific centre dedicated to cycads – a seed plant with a long fossil history – and the garden has a collection of almost every species. The garden is split into many divisions, paying tribute to France, Stonehenge, Orchids, and Cacti and Succulents in their own space. A true beauty just a stone’s throw away from Pattaya Thailand.
