At Hard Rock Hotel & Cafe Pattaya, the safety and security of guests, team members and their families is, and has always been, Hard Rock’s highest priority.
With growing concerns over the recent local spike in the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be temporarily closed from 7 January – 10 February 2021. We are provisionally aiming to re-open 11 February 2021 and we will confirm this closer to the date. Please stay tuned and we shall provide updates.
If you have any travel plans with us during the hotel closure period, please contact our Booking Center or your travel provider to amend or cancel your booking.

Please contact their customer support team for booking cancellations or to make any amendment. We are not authorized to cancel any bookings and unable to provide refunds to the reservations made by third-party/online travel agents.
