Willy, Pinky & Yoyo made our holiday very memorable, such great people who were always full of energy!!.Staff went out of they way to make sure that we were always entertained, very very helpful & friendly. Could not do enough for us. These staff members are an asset to the HRHP can't wait to come back.

I have found that the team building for CSR Insulation group was good, unique and different from the other activities I played before. Water ball is so amazing, especially Khun Yoyo. She is so friendly and masculine. When she was dancing the rap music, I thought that she was a boy. I like this kind of activities without essence. It's just for fun. Many games are included and make everyone concentrate at all times. Very fund, short and sharp. Good Staff.

my stay was very enjoyable you guys have done a great job in making our stay easy and relaxing.  I am from seattle Wa USA. I Hade traveled around the world by the time I arrived to your hotel and you all did a wonderful job in making us welcome.

There is no better friend than Quito!,he was the best friend to our kids and he was taking care of them every day. Always smiling and so nice for us. Tiger always care of the children, helpuful, children like him a lot. Always nice, smiling, very good with kids, very friendly.

all of the staff were amazing - very helpful, friendly and attentive. I enjoyed all of my time here and this was my second visit. I will definitely be returning. The only thing i do not like about the hotel is the fact that smoking is permitted inside. I found the room and corridors to smell of stale cigarette smoke which i dislike very much. Everything else is fantastic.

i forgot to request non smoking room. reservation should inform me that my room is smoking room.actually i prefer not to stay in smoking room floor. but overall is ok for me and my girlfriend. we do enjoy and love to stay there.thanks for your surperb service

the workers were so nice and kind. i'm korean, but i speak english. people who work there speak korean very well. i don't have to speak english. i was so impressed. the facilites in the hotel were so great. before i got the hotel, i heard that the pool there is one of the best pools in pattaya. and, it was so true. i had great time there with my mom. everything in the hotel was so new and unique. i hope i stay there again in the near future. also, i want to recommend HERO as the best hotelian in hard rock hotel. he was so nice and kind to me and my family. i appreciate that.

K. JJ at reception was very nice and helpful, we were impressed.  And also K. Pete at reservation when I called and booked the room.Need in-room wifi!!! It's a must! We ordered 'Nacho' from the cafe to our room, the quality was not fresh, the chips were old, stale. We love the foam party...keep rockin!

All just great thank you very much.  We will be back again soon.  For your info I am English and my girlfriend is Thai.

Big Ben for the upgrade and great conversations, Sek, Arm, Yoyo, Jay Jay and all the other name stars of the pool entertainmant, but there can only be one winner, wait for it, Benz in housecleaning. This guy is a gentle giant who goes beyond everything. He has looked after us the last couple of trips and this time was over the top, Roses, towel made elephants, framed photos of us, get well cards etc etc. Please give this valuable employee the highest award that you can award as although limited in english language, he flows in warmth, thought and love, what a real nice guy. I don't remember names, but the girl working nights in the Kings Lounge and the girl in the afternoon where cars pulled up, were EXCEPTIONAL.  Both of these ladies were helpful about HR Hotel and the city of Pattaya.  They seemed very energetic and happy to help or just to talk. The only downside to your hotel was the King room that I was in.  It seemed really small for the price.  The bathroom was so smashed together, I had to sit sideways on the toilet as the bathtub was in the way of my feet.

Exceptional the entertainment at swimming pool and kids center, there's a lack of free area and green area but it's central in Pattaya city and i'll come back with my family for sure. Tks Hard Rock Staff, in particular the General Manager Jorge Carlos Smith

Good view and special style! Love it!

Everything is perfect from top to bottom.Service is prompt and excellent!! The only thing to improve is the cleanliness of the swimming pool area.The water is very filthy and a lots of rubbish and dead leafs thrown inside the pool. Other than that,nothing to complaint about!! Would definately stay again!!

We loved our stay!

All the staff was nice and friendly and efficient, hard rock cafe band was excellent on their first night, a big up for laurent at f&b, nice rooms with ipod dock, nice HR music channel, nice bathroom etc. Only negative point: the noise between rooms, you should add insonorisation walls , especially hard rock cafe customers put loud music ! hope i can visit other HRCH in the world !!! xxx laure

Your beds need to be a little softer.Apart from that I loved my stay and would stay again anytime.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Would definitely come back. The pool staff were fantastic and made the family holiday so much more enjoyable. The pool staff were super star. Hope to bring the kids back next year.

We booked whilst at the Pattaya resort, the hotel looked ok when we were passing the beach area! really enjoyed our stay but would say that it was pricey compared to other hotels for that time of year! but all in all we enjoyed ourelves.

The personal service provided by the staff/band members was the best that i have ever received at this standard of Hotel.

the pool and pool and activity staff are what makes this a great place to stay, the breakfasts are great and the dinner is good too
