Once again, we had an excellent stay in the Hard Rock Hotel!

From the moment I checked in, the service was first rate. The front office manager, Ralph, personally assisted with my reservations due to last minute changes. Although Hard Rock was fully booked on one night during our stay, Ralph came through and was able to extend my reservation during that one night. JJ and Fluke at the front desks were exceptional as well. Their service and commitment to hotel guest is the best I've ever had. Due to my early work day, the breakfast take away boxes were awesome. Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya is the only hotel I will stay at whenever I travel to Pattaya for both business or pleasure. Sincerely, Cesar

Very good. The renovation is good. Very help and happy staff.

There should be a door at a shower-cabin in the room  and many shelves for our shower accessories. We couldn't find more suitable place than a floor to arrange them. The Hard Rock cafe wasn't popular because of too high prices.

Swimming pool is not clean water,has many suspended solid. (just like leafs and dust ect.) but nice staff and good qulity beverage service. room condition was awesome, but noise construction. totally i gave good point to hardrock pattaya hotel. (1000000%) i satisfied.

The surrounding environment was loud and we struggled with basic communication (English) with the staff.

Pool Staff ( Service desk where towels were provided ), specially the old lady was not giving good response, during our stay

My stay was pleasant and enjoyable, as usual. The breakfast and pool staff in particular were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me (somehow they all seem to know me by name!) The only negative comment I have is that I seem to have been bitten by insects (possibly bedbugs) during the night in my room. Not sure if any other guests have had a similar problem recently? It was not severe enough (10 or 12 bites on my arms) to bother complaining this time, but if happens again it would definitely make me think twice about coming back. That would be a shame, since the Hard Rock is my favourite place to stay in Pattaya!

The staff in the Kings club were good they made our stay friendly. They make up a good team. Nothing was to much for them. I have told friends to book the rooms becaus of the staff. The pool staff were good with every one and made sure we all had a good time. The house keeper and all the room staff made sure every thing was ok and spoke every time we left our room. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff especialy the kings club staff. You have a good team

My over-all rating is "awesome".  We find Hard Rock's staff, in general, to be efficient and very pleasant.  The meals that were served during our company meeting are truly sumptuous and delightful... Kudos to the chef. Khun Kitirak (Jum) and Khun Patra (Godd) are a pleasure to work with. They are professional, efficient, and are indeed very attentive to our needs. We will definitely consider holding a company event in Hard Rock again.

This was the 4th time I have stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. It keeps getting better & better every time I stay. A big thankyou to Ralph, Ann & all the Kings Club Staff. They always make me feel welcome & I look forward to returning again in the near future. Cheers xxx

As this trip I was treated as VIP and was give the suite for my stay, I am very very happy and satisfied. I felt appreciated with many attention from the staff. I felt at home. However, one feedback for your consideration to improve. --  Is the slipper recycled? In most Hotels I stayed e.g. in China, they provided them in bag. In your hotel, there are times my colleagues found the slippers used and dirty with sand. I do not use them as I always brought along my own slipper. You may wish to improve by providing them as disposable in two sizes, M and XL.

Yuyi and Kung friendly, personable, went out of thheir way to please us.I really employment of the facilities. The Kids had a good time. I only wish food price could be better . I guarantee all your guest would eat here then.when you go next door food & dring for half the price charge here, you understand why very few guest eat in the hotel

I travel alot through out the years and stay at 4 and 5 star hotels all the time.  The hotel in Pattaya was most definitely at the top of their game.  Awsome staff! If I could make 1 recommendation..due to the high amount of scams that happen in pattaya, bangkok..etc, it would be just another step in the right direction to have the staff be a little more proactive about informing visitors on what to avoid and have some recommendations to fit visitor's vacation criterias. All in all great experience and I will be returning.

Good hotel and good vibe.  Poolside activities are much appreciated and this is one of the big reasons why I keep coming back.  The price of internet access is a bit high and I dislike paying per hour.  I would rather pay a lump sum up front and then have 24 hour internet.  I would also prefer to have pricing inclusive of taxes and service charge, as I was a bit surprised when I received the bill and saw it was quite a bit higher than what I had budgeted for. 

It was a verry nice stay but due to my tight schedule i could only stay for 2 nights hopefuly longer next time.

I am really amazed staying at hard rock cafe for the simple reason, the manager on duty on 3rd night was out of the way helpfull no words for his kindness and coperation.

Thank you for remembering my birthday.You have great staff! Wife liked the alternative to choose when the bedlinen is changed. Bottled water in bathroom was great. Little minus for the newspaper-on first day we got it,after that nothing. It was our first stay in Hard Rock Hotel, (i have visited 15 Hard Rock Cafes) we"ll be back... Sincerely jari

I visited Hard Rock Pattaya for meeting. When I arrived hotel, it was too late so I didn't use any facilities of your hotel. By the way the breakfast is nice. Just a bit unsastisfied because of my room in second night, it was not too clean if compare with first night!!

It was very nice. It is so cool. 10Q very much. I hope we can come back.

The matrasses on de poolbeds most be thicker min. 10 cm. We like the Hard Rock ambiances.

Thank Management so much for our fantastic stay, which we came straight back after new year when we checked out of Bangkok hotel to finish our stay there. You are lucky to very good staff that are happy and attentive.Joe at cafe,Arm & tiger at beach club, Tuk Tuk at pool bar are incredible people made our holiday. However I am aware of rooms been tired and renovated. I would suggest that smoking floors be contained to balconies. Rooms were hard to sleep with smoke smell and aircon together or at least common areas around elevator be smoke free not nice when come out to the smell. Please note I am a regular smoker so a non smoke it would be worst. See you next year I am sure.

This is second time I am staying in your hotel. I 1st time was great. But this time room was quite dirty small room, the furniture are old, bathroom quite dirty too etc. other things such as reception staff and other staff very friendly, security excellent, ammenities good. I like to come back but rooms may required to be improved the Europe standerd.thanks I hope this will help with some feedback.

Overall a quality hotel with relexing vibe that we will re-visit and recommended to others. With the same token. The rockers or floor manager (servers) is encouraged to chat with guests more and I believe it's the distingtive advantage of "hard rockers" if compare to hotel. Five stars hotel is more mechanic that we are not preferred

Seafood is no have so much choise..so I can not really enjoy the food when I dinner , but the staff at restorant is so friendly , and very helpful..I like a staff service , very very satisfied

Willy, Pinky & Yoyo made our holiday very memorable, such great people who were always full of energy!!.Staff went out of they way to make sure that we were always entertained, very very helpful & friendly. Could not do enough for us. These staff members are an asset to the HRHP can't wait to come back.

I have found that the team building for CSR Insulation group was good, unique and different from the other activities I played before. Water ball is so amazing, especially Khun Yoyo. She is so friendly and masculine. When she was dancing the rap music, I thought that she was a boy. I like this kind of activities without essence. It's just for fun. Many games are included and make everyone concentrate at all times. Very fund, short and sharp. Good Staff.

The atmosphere of the breakfast is awesome, your staff have engery and efficient. One of your staff has a good performance. I love it.

Thank you all to managment and staff! My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Room 716. Your staff are certainly your greatest asset! I wish I could have some of them back here at the hotel we manage in Queenstown NZ.
My only suggestion is that maybe your H Keeping staff could attack some of the mould on bathroom wall tiles before it gets too established and harder to remove from the grouting.Not a complaint, as we were very happy, just a suggestion.

all of the staff were amazing - very helpful, friendly and attentive. I enjoyed all of my time here and this was my second visit. I will definitely be returning. The only thing i do not like about the hotel is the fact that smoking is permitted inside. I found the room and corridors to smell of stale cigarette smoke which i dislike very much. Everything else is fantastic.

the workers were so nice and kind. i'm korean, but i speak english. people who work there speak korean very well. i don't have to speak english. i was so impressed. the facilites in the hotel were so great. before i got the hotel, i heard that the pool there is one of the best pools in pattaya. and, it was so true. i had great time there with my mom. everything in the hotel was so new and unique. i hope i stay there again in the near future. also, i want to recommend HERO as the best hotelian in hard rock hotel. he was so nice and kind to me and my family. i appreciate that.

I don't remember names, but the girl working nights in the Kings Lounge and the girl in the afternoon where cars pulled up, were EXCEPTIONAL.  Both of these ladies were helpful about HR Hotel and the city of Pattaya.  They seemed very energetic and happy to help or just to talk. The only downside to your hotel was the King room that I was in.  It seemed really small for the price.  The bathroom was so smashed together, I had to sit sideways on the toilet as the bathtub was in the way of my feet.

Everything is perfect from top to bottom.Service is prompt and excellent!! The only thing to improve is the cleanliness of the swimming pool area.The water is very filthy and a lots of rubbish and dead leafs thrown inside the pool. Other than that,nothing to complaint about!! Would definately stay again!!

All the staff was nice and friendly and efficient, hard rock cafe band was excellent on their first night, a big up for laurent at f&b, nice rooms with ipod dock, nice HR music channel, nice bathroom etc. Only negative point: the noise between rooms, you should add insonorisation walls , especially hard rock cafe customers put loud music ! hope i can visit other HRCH in the world !!! xxx laure

I had a awsome time wasnt long enough wish i could have stayed longer I will certainly be coming back at some stage thanks for a terrific New Year the atmosphere was great cheers.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Would definitely come back. The pool staff were fantastic and made the family holiday so much more enjoyable. The pool staff were super star. Hope to bring the kids back next year.

We booked whilst at the Pattaya resort, the hotel looked ok when we were passing the beach area! really enjoyed our stay but would say that it was pricey compared to other hotels for that time of year! but all in all we enjoyed ourelves.

The personal service provided by the staff/band members was the best that i have ever received at this standard of Hotel.

the pool and pool and activity staff are what makes this a great place to stay, the breakfasts are great and the dinner is good too
