Visitors arriving at the airport can either take the public taxis found on Level 2 at the Arrival Hall or board a shuttle bus (Express Route) to the Transport Center Taxi Stand. There is also a “Limousine Service Counter” at the Arrival Hall. Guests going to Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya can travel in stylish comfort by booking their tranfers with Bell Transportation, a limousine company which has a service office at the hotel.
Visitors to Thailand must possess a passport valid for at least six months upon arrival and proof of onward passage. Visa requirements are determined by nationality. Nationals of the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Germany, Canada, Japan and Asean countries do not require visas for stays of up to thirty days. Visitors from other countries should consult their local consulate for visa requirements.
