Upon receiving a completed application form. You will receive your personal Stage Pass Membership Card in two weeks that identifies you as a VIP Member TERMS AND CONDITIONS • The membership card is non-transferable. • The membership card including dining benefits cannot be used on banqueting. • The membership card expires on the dates printed thereon, have no cash value and remains property of Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. • Your membership card must be presented to receive any benefits or discounts. • Your membership card will be valid in all Hotel’s restaurants during normal hours of operation. • Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, promotional rates or offers that are already discounted and tobaccos. • Dining benefits cannot be used during special food promotions • During Public Holiday, Long Weekend, Eve and Festival Seasons, surcharge will be applied for Complimentary room night Certificate. • Only one card per table can be used • Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya reserves the right to revise, amend and/or cancel the use and benefits of this card at any time without further obligation or compensation. • Lost certificates can not be replaced.
