WHAT IS ENCORE MEMBERSHIP?

It is a programme which recognizes the role you play as an efficient Secretary, Office Manager or Administrative Personnel. As an Encore Fan, You will enjoy quick and personal service to help you arrange your hotel needs. Because we value your support, the programme also offers attractive membership benefits as well as an exciting rewards programme.  Benefits and rewards are recognized at participating Hard Rock Hotels in Bali, Pattaya, and Penang.

Encore Fans are privileged clients and this reflects most in our efforts to provide top priority on room availability for your guests.

HOW TO ENROL?
Upon receiving a completed application form TOGETHER with one (1) reservation, you qualify as an Encore Fan and an identification number is allocated to you.

HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR MEMBERSHIP?
Confirming your membership and receiving your first Hard Rock Hotel gifts may be just a phone call away. All you need to do is to book fifteen (15) room nights with us within a consecutive three (3) months period and become a full-fledged Encore Fan with your membership card which entitles you to special BENEFITS plus super incentives as outlined in our AWARDS PROGRAMME.

HOW TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP?
Easy! It takes only sixty (60) materialized room nights from the day you enroll until the end of the year and your membership will be renewed automatically for another year.
